1. Free Beta Access

NegKW is currently offered as a free beta service. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Access is free during the beta period with no credit card required and no payment obligation.
• The beta may end or transition to a paid service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.
• In exchange for free access, you agree to provide honest feedback about your experience when contacted.
• We may reach out by phone or email for a brief 5-minute feedback conversation. Participation is optional.

2. Data We Collect

When you sign up, we collect the following personal information:

• First and last name — to personalise your experience and communications
• Email address — to send your magic link sign-in and any service-related messages
• Phone number — to reach you for optional feedback conversations

When you use the app, we may process the Google Ads search terms data and product data you upload. This data is used solely to generate your negative keyword analysis and is not stored permanently or shared with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

• Provide access to the NegKW service via magic link authentication
• Contact you for optional feedback about the product
• Send service-related communications (e.g. access links, updates)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Service Provided As-Is

During the beta period, NegKW is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or uptime.
• AI-generated classifications are suggestions — always review before uploading to Google Ads.
• We are not liable for any ad spend outcomes resulting from use of this tool.
• Features may change, be added, or be removed during the beta without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NegKW only for its intended purpose — analysing Google Shopping search terms for your own advertising accounts or those of clients you are authorised to manage. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NegKW after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
